- Language Assistance: HTINDIA has a dedicated team for foreign language support for patients. English - The HTINDIA team is well-versed in English & Hindi. For Indian patients, both language facilitators will be available to help. Russian - Patients who belong to CIS countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will get a Russian interpreter. HTINDIA has arrangements for all language facilitators.
- Easy Consultation: Once the patient chooses to take HTINDIA services, the patient doesn’t have to do anything apart from boarding a plane to India. Everything will be taken care of by us. Customers neither have to contact hospitals or doctors directly nor wait for their turn to consult. The HTINDIA team ensures the patient doesn’t have to wait long to see doctors.
- Complimentary Pickup & Drops: We provide the facility of free pickup & drop from the airport to the hotel or guesthouse and from the hotel to the hospital. If a patient is supposed to travel out of the city for sightseeing or shopping, transport will be arranged by HTINDIA only for safety & security purposes. Personal trips apart from medical will not be considered under free transport.
- Affordable Accommodation: HTINDIA has multiple vintage options for staying in India. We always prefer patients to choose guesthouses close to hospitals to avoid any emergencies. If the patient doesn’t find it comfortable, we switch to the best hotels. The guesthouse’s price range is quite reasonable and easy to afford. The Patient has a choice to select a room per their convenience as a single room, double room, or room with a kitchen. All hotel/guesthouse staff are trustworthy and honest in their jobs; there is no chance of fraud.
- 24/7 Assistance: The HTINDIA team is always in touch with the Patient, whether it’s daytime or nighttime. The HTINDIA team arranges an Indian sim card for the Patient to coordinate with us. We manage enough INR currency for a hassle-free journey. The HTINDIA team is responsible for taking care of specific groceries as per the Patient's request.
- Trip Advice: If any patient wants to plan a trip, we help them choose a destination according to their medical condition & budget. We also arrange transport & trusted drivers to make their trip safe. We also provide shopping advice so the customer doesn’t spend unnecessary money.
- Safety & Security: HTINDIA maintains the highest level of security for patients. HTINDIA's connections with drivers & hotel staff are excellent; they take extra care of HTINDIA patients. The patient is not supposed to pay anything to HTINDIA staff.
