Russian - The patients who belong to CIS countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan will get a Russian interpreter. Easy Consultation – Once the patient chooses to take HTINDIA services; the patient doesn’t have to do anything apart from boarding a plane to India. Everything will be taken care of by us. Customer neither has to contact hospital or doctors directly nor has to wait for his/her turn to consult. HTINDIA team makes sure patient doesn’t have to wait long to see doctors.
Complimentary Pickup & Drops : We are giving the facility of free pickup & drop from airport to hotel or guesthouse and from hotel to hospital. If a patient is supposed to travel out of the city for sightseeing or shopping; transport will be arranged by HTINDIA only for safety & security purposes. Personal trips apart from medical will not be considered under free transport.
Affordable Accommodation : HTINDIA has multiple vintage options for staying in India. We always prefer patients to choose guesthouses close to hospitals so we can avoid any emergencies. If the patient doesn‘t find it comfortable; we switch to the best hotels. The guesthouse’s price range is quite reasonable and easy to afford. The Patient has a choice to select a room per their convenience as a single room/ double room or room with a kitchen. All hotels/guesthouse staff are trustworthy and honest in their jobs; there is no chance of fraud.
24/7 Assistance : HTINDIA team is always in touch with the Patient If its day time or nighttime. HTINDIA team arrange an Indian sim card for the Patient to coordinate with us. We manage enough INR currency for his journey hassle-free. HTINDIA team has all responsibility to take care of specific groceries as per the Patient request.
Trip Advice : If any patient wants to plan any trip; we help them to choose a destination as per their medical condition & budget. We also arrange transport & trusted drivers to make their trip safe. We also give them shopping advice so the customer doesn’t have to spend unnecessary money.
Safety & Security : HTINDIA has to maintain the highest level of security for patients. HTINDIA connections with drivers & hotel staff are mindblowing; they do extra care for HTINDIA patients delightedly. The patient is not supposed to pay anything to HTINDIA staff.
